Once your order has been placed, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive Order Confirmation Email as soon as we received your order.

Delivery time depends on destination country and shipping method selected. International delivery usually takes 2-5 business days to process and can takes up to 5-14 business days for shipment to arrive. Huskies is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to inevitable, natural, or uncontrollable events. In addition, we are not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as custom clearance). We aim to meet the delivery time quoted but during busy periods and during COVID-19, delivery may takes longer. Please note that Huskies does NOT offer cancellations due to these delays.

Free shipping is available on orders of over 100 USD (amount excluding customs and taxes) for customers located in Zone A, and we provide free shipping on orders of over 200 USD (amount excluding customs and taxes) for customers located in Zone B.

Destination countries may levy taxes on your purchased goods, it will be receiver's responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked by your local authorities. Huskies is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customer issues. Please check your country's customs policies before placing your order.
Return and Exchange
If you wish to return an item, you MUST apply for a return within 5 days once you received the item. Returned item must be eligible for return, and will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please ensure that all items are returned NEW, UNUSED, and with all Huskies (and Brand) original packaging, including the protective plastic wrapping, boxes, and original taxes must be attached.
Customer are responsible for return shipping fee and any cash-on-delivery packages of unwanted merchandised will not be accepted. NOTICE: Please note that you may not be able to return the products depending on how your area is affected by COVID-19 pandemic (such as lockdown, unavailability of postal services). Please take this into account before placing your order. Please note that the return shipping fees and initial shipping fees are not available for refund.
Huskies offers unwanted refund for product cost, excluding initial shipping fee and return shipping fee if applicable, provided that:
1. The item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged
2. Notified us within 5 business days of receiving your package
3. Original tag, wrapping, and box are attached
4. For hygienic purpose, underwear, markup and skincare products, masks, masks accessories, contact lenses, swimwear, jewelry, eyewear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any refund, if applicable, will be issue to your original method of payment.
For orders that enjoyed free shipping, a shipping and handling fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund when we issue refund to your original method of payment.
All special orders, made-to-order items, are non-refundable. Merchandise purchased on sale for 30% or more, and items marked as final sale are non-refundable and may not be returned.
If there was a mistake from Huskies' part, or in the case an item was faulty, damaged, or defective when received, customers will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges, and you may return it for a refund. The refund and return process can be initiated upon proof of evidence for faulty, damaged, or defective product once the customer has received the orders, within 7 days of parcel being delivered to the customer.
The return can only be made within 5 days after you received the item; once the 5-days period has been expired, you will no longer be able to apply for return request.
Huskies does not accept exchanges. Customers must follow the return process (stated above) for any unwanted products, and will need to place a new order for their desired product. Huskies cannot alter orders once the orders have been placed. Refused packages are subjected to re-stocking fee of $15
You can cancel your order only up to 24 hours after you have placed your order, if the order has been placed for more than 24 hours, you will not be able to cancel your order. Refused packages are subjected to re-stocking fee of $15
